Service Policies
At K’s Mobile Detailing LLC, our goal is to provide premium service with transparency and professionalism. Please review our business policies before booking an appointment.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee up to 15% of your service total.
Weather-related cancellations will be rescheduled with no penalty.
Contact us via call or text to make changes to your appointment.
Deposit & Payment
Deposits will be required for restoration services exceeding $1,500 and are non-refundable.
Payment is due at the end of each service.
We only accept credit/debit cards, and contactless payments via Square. cash payment is not accepted, if you require to tip a detailer cash tip is recommended.
No refunds are issued once service is completed.
Vehicle Prep Requirements
Please remove all personal items from your vehicle.
Excessive personal items may lead to additional charges or appointment rescheduling.
Arrival & Access
We operate on a 30-minute arrival window. If unforeseen delays or traffic conditions affect arrival, such conditions will be communicated before hand.
Ensure your vehicle is accessible and keys are available (if needed).
If we cannot access the vehicle at the scheduled time and we cannot reach you to resolve it your appointment may be canceled and considered a no-show.
Weather Policy
If weather conditions prevent service, we will reschedule your appointment.
Covered parking or garages may allow service to proceed — let us know in advance.
We also carry a canopy to cover your vehicle which allows us to navigate certain weather conditions.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with your service, contact us within 24 hours.
We will return to address any reasonable concerns at no extra charge.
Refunds are not provided after a service is completed.
Limitations & Disclaimers
We do not guarantee complete removal of:
Deep stains
Odors
Extra charges may apply for:
Pet hair
Sand
Heavy soiling or biohazards
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, including:
Loose trim
Cracked leather
Malfunctioning electronics
Privacy Policy
We collect only necessary information to confirm bookings.
Your information will never be sold or shared.
You may receive occasional updates or promotions.
Gift Cards
All gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Gift cards have no expiration dates (as listed during purchase).
Liability Disclaimer
We are not responsible for:
Lost or left-behind items
Mechanical or electrical failure during or after detailing
Service may be declined if unsafe or unsanitary conditions are present.
