Yes. We’re a fully mobile service covering Beaufort County and nearby areas within ~60 miles, including Bluffton, Hilton Head Island, Lady’s Island, Hardeeville, Ridgeland, Yemassee, Savannah, GA and surrounding areas.

Do you bring water and power, or do I need to provide them?

We arrive fully equipped with our own water, power, and professional tools—no hookups needed.

How do I book an appointment?

Book anytime using our online scheduler. Choose your service, pick a time, and we’ll confirm by text/email.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Card payments only (including tap-to-pay). For corporate/fleet, we can keep a secure card on file or send a 24-hour invoice. Checks are accepted only on jobs of $1,500+.

Do you require a card on file or a deposit?

Yes. We require a card on file to secure all appointments. For projects $1,500+, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required at booking.

What’s your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

Please cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may incur a 15% fee.

Can you access gated communities or garages?

Yes—please arrange a guest pass or gate code in advance. If your lot have specific rules, let us know so we are properly informed.

Do you detail boats at marinas or private docks?

Absolutely. We provide dockside marine detailing and ceramic/glass coatings at marinas and private waterfront homes.

How long does a typical detail take?

Most vehicles take 2–4 hours, depending on size, condition, and package. Ceramic coating or multi-vehicle appointments can take longer.

Do you offer maintenance plans?

Yes—Monthly, Bi-Monthly, and Tri-Monthly plans (starting at $100) to keep vehicles looking fresh year-round.

What should I do before you arrive?

Please remove personal items and provide vehicle keys/fobs if you won’t be present. For boats, empty compartments where possible.
