Commercial Client Terms & Conditions
At K’s Mobile Detailing LLC, we proudly serve commercial partners with professional detailing solutions for fleets, shuttles, work vehicles, and more. These terms ensure reliable service and smooth operations for all business accounts.
Scheduling & Access
We offer flexible scheduling options including weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly service cycles.
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all vehicles are:
Present and accessible at the scheduled service location.
Unlocked or that keys/fobs are provided.
Missed vehicles due to inaccessibility may be billed at a minimum service charge.
Billing & Payment Terms
We offer two billing options for commercial clients:
Card on File (Preferred):
We securely store your card via Square and charge it automatically after each completed service.
You’ll receive a receipt via email immediately following payment.
Emailed Invoice (Due in 24 Hours):
An invoice will be sent to your designated billing contact.
Payment is due within 24 hours of receipt.
Invoices not paid within 24 hours will incur a late fee until the balance is cleared.
Important: Continued late payments may result in suspension of service or require a card on file for all future appointments.
Vehicle Condition & Limitations
Vehicles should be reasonably free of hazardous materials, biohazards, or trash.
Excessively soiled interiors, pet hair, or mold/mildew may:
Be billed at a higher rate, or
Be declined if deemed outside the agreed service level.
We do not guarantee removal of all stains, odors, or contamination on high-use fleet vehicles.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made with 24 hours’ notice.
Short-notice cancellations or inaccessible vehicles may result in a partial charge, depending on time and travel commitment.
Liability Disclaimer
K’s Mobile Detailing LLC is not liable for:
Pre-existing damage, wear, or mechanical/electrical failure during or after service.
Items lost or left inside vehicles.
We recommend clients remove all valuables prior to service.
Service Agreement
For recurring or high-volume accounts, we offer custom service agreements or contracts.
These include set pricing, terms and scheduling commitments.
